Squarely Modern Living

http://www.warcholphotography.com
This clean, modern home was built in 2011, by architect David Jameson in Maryland. When I first came across this home I was captivated by the placement of the windows as each window is placed in a unique spot. In addition, the interior colors come through the windows to give the structure splashes of color. If you look at either the top or bottom of any window you will notice a black band extending from one edge of the window to the other. I find this black band to ground each window and make it stand out. Painting the front door red was a great idea as it stands out against the white facade, making it easy to spot from the street. If given the opportunity to design the interior of the home I would choose pieces that are eclectic and 1960s/70s inspired to contrast the stark, modern facade and landscaping. How would you design the interior of this home?
