A Manhattan Apartment With New Life

Creative Director of Stark, Ashley Stark brings fantastic energy to this Manhattan apartment. With over 3,000 square feet of living space, and a previous tenant of over 50 years, this apartment was in desperate need of a renovation. (ABOVE) This is one of my favorite dinning rooms. It screams "rustic chic". I love how the rustic dining table and vintage blue case piece tell a story. They are both complete opposites yet work harmoniously in this space. The lamps are brilliant, as is the vintage mirror. The flowers on the rustic dining table adds height. (BELOW 1) The ceiling light fixture is very unique and works beautifully in the space. I love the simplicity of this room. It is not too designed, yet it still has a large affect  on the rest of the apartment. (BELOW 2) What does it for me in the living room is the arm chairs in the shape of hands. (BELOW 3) The white color palette of this kitchen is great. I am a huge fan that the countertops and the backsplash are the same material. (BELOW 4) The bubble chandelier adds great energy to this space. Without the chandelier I find this bedroom quite bland. You can add as little or as much to your space as you want. Don't follow rules, just do.
