Modern Beachfront Overlooking Bronte

© Justin Alexander
Located in Bronte, Australia this modern home has stunning views of the water. It was designed by Luigi Rosselli architects. (ABOVE) The home's focal point is its large balcony that resembles that of ship's. It's a strong architectural statement that cuts the home in two. The home's main floor features wall to wall windows. The overhanging second floor provides shade and protection for the balcony below. (BELOW 1) A view of the balcony and the water. I really love the wood shutters for the second floor balcony. They are both modern and rich in texture and color. (BELOW 2) A view of the home from the front. The slate pavers that lead to the front door are so fresh and clean. I love the mixture of wood and stone. It creates for a strong, and rich looking structure. What do you think of this home?

Oh goodness! I need to live here now. Maybe not the house, but the location.
