Pacific Heights Mansion

The exquisite Hellman Mansion, located in Pacific Heights, is one of San Francisco's most impeccably designed homes. The home was built in 1902 by architect Julius Krafft in the Neoclassical architectural style. (ABOVE) I love the clean design of this home. It has very Neoclassical touches, but also a modern flare. The front entrance is breathtaking, I like how it's off to the side as to not interfere with the main structure. The flat roof is stunning, I love that strong modern touch. The boxwoods work with the style of the home and soften the stone. (BELOW 1) Over the front entry way is this fantastic outdoor space. I love how the boxwoods carry onto the balcony. The design is simple as to not take away from the architecture. (BELOW 2) The home has views of Alcatraz as well as Angel Island and beyond. What a brilliant place to relax at the end of the day. What do you think of the Hellman Mansion?
