The Palais Garnier

Started in 1861 and completed in 1875 the Palais Garnier is one of the most well known Opera houses in France. Built in the Beaux-arts style by architect Charles Garnier, this structure is impeccable in quality and scale. I am in love with architect Charles Garnier’s attention to detail. If you look at any part of the exterior architecture, there is a unique sculpture or molding. If you ever have a chance to visit France, the Palais Garnier should be a top attraction. Incorporating a traditional aspect to a home is a great way to add a taste of history.
