From The Rooftops Of Dubai
The city of Dubai is a stunning concrete jungle. It's a city full of modern architecture that tries and push the envelope of what a human can envision, and build. Photographer Vadim Makhorov, was able to capture the vitality of Dubai's iconic architecture from the rooftops of some its tallest buildings. All I can say is wow! Makhorov sure has some guts to stand on the tops of these buildings without any safety harness. (ABOVE) That body of water looks so cool from up here! The shape, color, and size from such a high angle is out of this world. (BELOW 1) I'm shaking just looking at this photograph. Words cannot describe how nervous I'd be to take this photograph. (BELOW 2) The architecture is not the only incredible feat in this city. The design of its bridges, is quite impressive. Is that a train on the far left bridge? (BELOW 3) My guess is that this photograph is taken from a helicopter, because the tallest building in the world seems to be looked down upon. The city truly is a concrete jungle! Where's central park (hehe)? (BELOW 4) I'm loving the design of these buildings directly in front. It's the colorblocking of architecture. (BELOW 5) My eyes are being drawn to that curved building. The shape of the buildings allows wind to pass around it, to keep the building from swaying. (BELOW 6) The Burj Al Arab, a hotel that has its own island. (BELOW 7) Dubai at night, it truly is a magical city. What do you think of Vadim Makhorov's photography?
